Churn Rate
Part 2 manuscript
he dreaded measure of how many customers your business is leaking like a sieve with a hole in it. It's like the report card you don't want your parents to see because it tells you exactly how many of your users decided they're just not that into you. It's the marketing equivalent of being dumped, repeatedly.
Remember, while high churn rates might be giving you heartburn, they're also a chance for introspection and improvement. So, grab some antacids and get to work! Because the first step to getting your customers to stick around is figuring out why they're leaving.
